Right from the start
I was saddened to hear of the death of Lawrence Auster last week (providentially, he passed away on Good Friday.) I've never been in contact with him but his writings have had an enormous influence on how I see the world and particularly the liberal world view which is the unofficial religion of our ruling elite. View From the Right was once part of my daily reading, but now it is going to sit inactive. The site was founded by Jim Kalb but Auster made it his own. It's so tied to Auster's personality that I can understand why he would want the site to remain as is. Fortunately, it will remain up as long as the internet exists. A good start to taking the Red Pill is to read his entry on the unprincipled exception.
